The flag is an ortsgruppe level flag from a place called Baarsen - about 5km from Bad Pyrmont. The 134th Infantry Regiment was based in that area from 29th April 1945 until 5th May 1945. It is signed by the following soldiers:

All of the men who signed the banner were from Company L, 134th Infantry Regiment. Pfc. Henry L. Alonzo was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for extraordinary heroism in connection with military operations against an armed enemy while serving with Company L, 134th Infantry Regiment, 35th Infantry Division, in action against enemy forces on 10 March 1945.
