My father John Herbert McGhee served in Company A 134th Infantry. He was badly wounded on 15 July 1944 near St. Lo, France.

My father in law Paul Whiteside was in 134th infantry F company. just wondering if we could get some information. He did not talk much about his service except that his company was replaced several times and he was one of very few to return after the war from F Company.
He died in jan 2001. cab you direct us to information. we have his History book of 134th Infantry Regiment. All Hell can't stop us. The path of 134th Regiment
across Europe.Looking for statics on Company F. Is there anyone out their F Company?

I want to thank every one who is involved in creating this site. It gives me some insight into what my father, Pvt Robert F Rubin, went thru when he was wounded on November, 1944. On the small chance that anyone remembers his name please contact me.
Thanks,
Linda Sader

You have a great site, probably the best I have found and I would like to thank all of those involved for their hard work. I found the site while looking for information on my uncle PFC Ora L. Millard who served with the 134th, E Company. He would say very little about his experiences during the war so this site has helped a lot.
Thanks again,
Dan

My uncle - PFC Arch Johnston was assigned to a litter platoon of A Co. 110th Med Bn. all during the war. It was only yesterday that I discovered an April 1945 letter from him to my father (who was at Ft Benning, GA) at the time. According to my dad (who died in 2006) Uncle Arch was very withdrawn in the years after the war. I have taken the time to read many of the battle reports on your web site and I can see why -- I guess there was no PTSD diagnosis back then.
Having spent time in the National Archives for my unit in Vietnam (1st Bn 6th Inf), I can appreciate the absolutely magnificent job you have done on your web site for the 110th Medical during WWII. Thanks for filling in a gap in my knowledge of my uncle.
