My Dad ( John E. Mack) was in Co B of the 60th Engineers so enjoyed reading the info and pictues on site. He passed last July and have been trying to obtain more information about his service as have only found some medals he left in his drawers and copies of printed information given at the few reU N I O Ns he attended. His name is not listed on the 60th roster shown on the website..although I did see several of his friends names. He served until Sept 26th when he was wounded in France, however his records do not indicate he was eligable for the CIB- which I do not understand. If anyone might have any info pls contact me.

My dad Eloy S Teague served in the first battalion 137 Infantry. For his heroic service in connection with military operations against the German army in the vicinity of Pettencourt France on September 27 1944 he was awarded the Bronze Star medal. My dad was a kind man who never spoke bad about anyone. He had a hard life but I never heard him say "why me". I Oscar Teague am and will always be proud of my father. He passed away on Jan 1, 1976 at the age of 54 and 1 month to the day.
