My father, Jeremiah (Jerry) Ford served as a Scout with Hq Co, 3rd Bn, 134th Infantry Regiment, 35th Infantry Division during WWII. He spoke very little of his service during WWII and I have enjoyed learning about his unit from this website. I am hoping to contact any veterans who might have known him during his service in Europe.

I am the granddaughter in law of Harold Bechtel who was a member of the 134 infantry regimen . he was from Berwick PA . He has since passed away but our family continues to hold his good conduct medal and he and I used to discuss his service and wartime? I would be interested in finding a copy of your book or information pointing to the regimen activities as my 15 yr old daughter is now learning about the war .And I thank all of you who have done so much to keep our country free.sincerely, Joselle Bower

An amateur family historian I am researching all the descendants of Thomas Twidle DRYSDALE. I came across Homer Dean RICKER Junior and his heroic story on your website. What a thrill for me. 'Rick' was my 2nd cousin once removed.
I would very much like to get in touch with his daughter, Shirley Elizabeth THEIS and his son John. I wonder if that is possible. Shirley. John and I are all great, great granddaughters of Thomas Twidle DRYSDALE.

Thank you so much for ALL I learned from your website.

Best wishes, Diana

Hi

I am looking for a book for my uncle Sgt Albert Robert Petrocy. He was in the 35 th infantry division, 134 regiment, Company C, POW Battle of the Bulge. The book was issued after the war to the GIs in his regiment. The book is called
134 th infantry regiment combat history of WWII by General Miltonberger and Major Huston, Army Navy Publishing Company, 1946, it says "All Hell Can't Stop Us" on the front cover.

The book was recently lost and he is distraught and so am I! Additionally he is in frail health. I am trying to find a copy of the book for him. I feel I am racing against the clock given his health, so I'm desperate!

If anyone knows anyone willing to sell a copy of the book or a place I could purchase it please email me!

Thank you very much,

Nancy Flavin
